Executive Coaching

The dsamih Coaching Process will help you or the participant:
Understand objectively where the person is currently:
- Create a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis through behavioral analysis and/or colleague feedback
- Colleague Feedback can be obtained through:
- Existing employee evaluations
- 360 feedback using;
- Short written surveys of boss, peers, subordinates
- Phone interviews with boss, peers, subordinates
- In person interviews with boss, peers, subordinates
- Trending and documenting the recurring themes for both Strengths and Lesser Strengths
Define Success – what is the It we want to accomplish?
- We will meet one-on-one in a half-day session to review the trended feedback and:
- Establish written Goals that define success
- Review the “Tool Box” tailored as appropriate for addressing the growth goals – tools for more effective communication, presentation skills, strategic and proactive thinking, delegating, time management, holding people accountable, leading and image of leadership
- Synchronize Personal and Professional Business Goals
- Prioritize the Top 5 Success Metrics and MIH (Make It Happen) Actions required to achieve the agreed upon goals and overcome obstacles
- Create an ongoing accountability process to ensure consistent progress
dsamih Deliverables:
- Documented goals and commitments within 24 hours of each session
- Scoring for improvements in each category of commitment
- MIH Actions for overcoming obstacles and getting back on track
- If requested, ongoing monthly coaching on overcoming obstacles, monitoring progress toward the documented goals and access by phone throughout the month
- 360 feedback to determine an initial baseline assessment and follow up to determine objectively whether individual progress is being recognized by the team
